The problem

Paid media performance is tied to the whole ecommerce system.

Meta and Google do not operate in a vacuum. Creative volume, product feeds, landing pages, tracking, inventory, offers, margins, and follow-through all affect what the ad account can do.

Your brand at the center of a tangled eCommerce system with fragmented helpers Your Brand sits at the center of nine interconnected operating layers, with in-house staff, agencies, and freelancers on the outside each reaching only a slice. Async audit first

We start with the paid media system, not a sales pitch.

Before recommending a channel, pod, or support model, we look at the work already shaping performance: account structure, creative testing, product feeds, tracking, reporting, and execution bottlenecks.

Every brand starts here Discovery, audit & diagnosis
Stage 1 Meta and Google Ads

We review the paid media system first: Meta, Google, Shopping, Performance Max, creative testing, feed quality, tracking, reporting, and the work needed to keep campaigns moving.

What we run
Meta Ads Google Ads Full-funnel structure Creative testing Feed & shopping Attribution Reporting & analytics
Best fitBrands growing or stabilizing their channels PricingScoped to account
Stage 2 Execution support around the campaigns

If the account is not the only bottleneck, we scope the execution support around it: creative coordination, reporting follow-through, feed checks, landing page QA, CX, ops, or specialist support.

Support we can layer in
Creative production Reporting Feed checks Landing page QA Customer support Operations Specialists Admin support
Best fitEstablished brands with in-house teams PricingScoped to you

Not every brand needs a pod. Some need paid media management. Some need better execution around the campaigns. Some need a dedicated support team. The audit tells us which path makes sense.

Some things should stay in-house. We'll tell you which.

Founder-led standards. Team-delivered execution.

Before Hire Highs, I worked on Wall Street at NASDAQ and BNY Mellon, inside VC-backed companies like Tea Drops, STEEZY, and Bodymatter, and as a co-founder of a mortgage bank.

Today, Hire Highs supports brands across ecommerce, consumer products, media, wellness, retail, and service businesses, including long-running client relationships with operationally complex teams.

Different industries, same lesson: execution works when the workflow is clear, the right people are in the right seats, and someone is accountable for the operating rhythm.

That is the lens behind Hire Highs. We start with the business problem, separate strategy from repeatable execution, and build the support model around what your team actually needs.

Async paid media audit

Get an ecommerce paid media audit without sitting through a sales call.

Share your site, channel context, and what is slowing growth. We'll tell you honestly whether the bottleneck is Meta, Google, creative, feeds, tracking, execution, or something outside paid media.

Questions

The honest answers.

Paid media
How is paid media pricing scoped?
Paid media management is scoped by channel, account complexity, spend level, campaign structure, reporting needs, and how much execution support is required around the account. Your ad spend is separate and paid directly to the platforms. After the audit, we'll tell you whether the right fit is Meta Ads management, Google Ads management, both channels, or a broader execution support model.
Is there a minimum ad budget?
We work best when there is enough spend to create useful signal. For most brands, that usually means around $10,000 per month on the channel we are managing, or a clear plan to build toward that level. We can start smaller if the goal is to prove out a channel first, but if paid media is not ready to perform at your current spend, we'll tell you honestly.
What happens after I submit the audit form?
We review your site, channel context, ad spend, and the areas you want reviewed. If there is enough information, we'll respond with an honest read on where the bottleneck appears to be: Meta, Google, creative, feeds, tracking, reporting, execution, or something outside paid media. If we need more context, we'll ask for it before recommending a next step.
Do I need a creative team in place?
You need to own your creative direction. We don't set your brand's taste or voice, that's culturally specific and it lives with you. What we can do, for some brands, is own production design as an add-on: if you give us clear brand guidelines and an asset library to work from, our team can produce against that system for an additional fee. We execute to your taste, we don't invent it. If your brand isn't documented and there's no creative function on your side, that's the gap, and we'll tell you honestly rather than guess at your brand.
Do you offer other channels or services?
Our homepage is focused on ecommerce paid media: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopping, Performance Max, creative testing, feeds, tracking, reporting, and execution support around campaigns. We do support some clients with related work like SEO, Shopify updates, creative production, CX, or operations, but those are scoped separately when they are actually relevant. We do not try to turn every audit into a menu of services.
Managed pods
What's a managed pod, and is it for me?
A managed pod is a dedicated lead plus specialists who own a whole function, the way an in-house team would. It's built for established brands with real volume and a marketing leader already in place, not for a brand that just needs its ads run. If you're not sure which fits, submit the audit form and we'll point you the right way.
How do you vet the people on the team?
Every specialist is screened by our founder and pod lead, tested with scenario-based assessments, and matched to your specific stack and brand. You meet and approve them before they start. We carry the hiring risk, you carry the decision.
What if someone isn't a good fit, or leaves?
We don't claim instant backup, that's marketing fiction. What we do: maintain a vetted talent pipeline, so when someone leaves we can present and onboard a replacement in 2 to 4 weeks, not start a search from scratch. Documented SOPs mean the new person isn't starting from zero.
Working with us
How is this different from a normal agency?
Most agencies start with the ad account and pitch a channel retainer. We start with the paid media system around the account: creative volume, feed quality, tracking, reporting, landing pages, margins, offers, and the execution work required to keep campaigns moving. If the issue is Meta or Google, we can manage the channel. If the issue is the execution around the channel, we scope the support model around that. The point is not to sell a bigger retainer. It is to identify what actually needs to be fixed.
What does US founder oversight actually mean?
Albert, our founder, is personally involved on every engagement at the strategic oversight stage. He acts as a check on the work, helps escalate when needed, and stays close to the relationships. Not in every tactical decision, but always reachable.
How many clients do you take on?
Fewer than we could. We deliberately cap how many engagements we run at once, because the model depends on senior, founder-level attention on every account. We'd rather turn a brand down, or ask it to wait, than overextend and let the work slip. If we're at capacity when you reach out, we'll tell you honestly and give you a realistic timeline rather than take you on and underdeliver.
Who actually does the work, and where is the team based?
It depends on which stage you're in. Your paid media is US-led. Senior strategists direct the channel work, because that's where senior judgment and market context matter most. Your managed pods are global. A dedicated pod lead plus specialists (most based in the Philippines, English-speaking, working with US-hours overlap) own the function day-to-day, with US-based founder oversight across both. Either way, you get senior judgment directing the execution, without paying for a full-time hire.
What tools do you work in?
We work in your stack, not ours. On paid media that's Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, and the feed and analytics tools tied to them. For pods, we operate inside the tools your team already uses, project management (ClickUp, Asana, and similar), Shopify, Gorgias and other helpdesks for CX, plus shared docs and reporting. We adapt to how you already run, rather than forcing a migration.
Is there a long-term contract?
A short initial term, typically 3 months, enough time to build and prove the work, then month-to-month with 30-day notice. No multi-year lock-in. If we're not earning the engagement, you should be able to leave.
What do you guarantee, and what don't you?
We guarantee output, quality, and coverage against the standard we set in your proposal. We don't guarantee business outcomes like ROAS, revenue, or growth, those depend on direction, product, and market, which are yours. We'll be honest about that up front.
Do you use AI?
Of course. We even used it to help build this site. But here's the thing most people miss: AI output is only as good as the process behind it, and that process always starts with a human. The thinking, the judgment, the standards, that's what makes the output good. AI just executes it faster. That's the same reason our pods work: senior judgment sets the direction, AI and skilled specialists execute it, and a human always owns the result. AI doesn't replace good people. It makes good people more leveraged.
